Common Questions About Coverage

Which countries do you cover?+

There is a dedicated guide for each of 161 countries, spanning Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas and Oceania. Each guide sets out that country's legal system, the procedures that actually work there, and an indicative timetable and cost table.

Can I submit a claim for a country not listed?+

Yes. You can send a file for a jurisdiction without a dedicated guide; the assessment establishes what is realistically possible there and comes back to you in writing. Where the answer is that recovery is not economic, we say so before any cost is committed.

Does the process change from country to country?+

Substantially. In Germany a payment order without a hearing produces an enforceable title in weeks; in England insolvency pressure often works faster than suing. In some markets the binding constraint is not the legal process at all but whether the money can be transferred out.
